When emailing, please quote your order reference number and name the order was placed under. This will help us deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible. If you do not have your order reference then please state your delivery address, including postcode.

We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours but this can be longer during busier periods. We try to reply within two working days to emails sent over weekends or bank holidays.
