The Petzl Vizion Face Shield is a very effective and versatile helmet face shield intended for fixing to the Petzl Meteor III or Elios climbing helmets.

The Petzl Vizion Face Shield can offer protection for the face from any falling matter such as rock fragments and pebbles dislodged by weather or a climber above you.

It will also protect against ice fragments as well as spindrift, which on a climb is spray blown off snow. Obviously, the Petzl Vizion will also increase a climber’s safety for any potential accident such as a dropped piece of equipment from above and give relief from temporary weather situations such as driving rain, hail or snow.

It also features an anti-fog coating on the inside surface as well as an anti-scratch coating on the outside.

The Petzl Vizion Face Shield can be rotated upward when not needed or stored on top of the helmet during transport.
