The Petzl Tikka XP2 Headlamp is a high power, multi-function headtorch ideal for all manner of outdoor use.

The Tikka XP2 boasts a high output white LED as well as a red LED, giving the user up to five options of mode. There are three white options (maximum, economic, and flashing) and two red (continuous and flashing). There is also the option of wide angle lens which can be easily flicked down to give a focussed beam.

The Tikka XP2 will deliver 80 lumens in maximum mode, reaching up to 68 metres. In economic mode, the Tikka XP2 will give you up to 190 burn hours.

Red light can be used in place of white light in order to help preserve night vision (red light being less damaging to night vision than white) but also set into flashing mode for emergency signalling. An integrated whistle allows for day time emergency signalling.

The Tikka XP2 is compatible with lithium batteries to give a better performance at lower temperatures while weighing less than alkaline batteries.
