The Vaude Hogan SUL 1-2 Person Tent is a great tent for hiking expeditions and mountain tours, not least because it is so lightweight – and, at a mere 1.25 kg, it is even lighter than previous versions have weighed.

The outstanding weatherproofing that can be so essential in more extreme weather conditions such as at altitude is achieved through the three-ply silicone coating on the outside which gives the protection a longer lifespan, excellent UV reflective qualities and superior water beading properties which cause water to roll off the surface rather than sit on it and potentially be absorbed into it.
