The down filling is treated with Marmot Down Defender.

Marmot Down Defender is a highly water-resistant down treatment that helps prevent the down insulation from clumping and losing its loft when it is exposed to water. Retaining its loft greatly enhances the down’s ability to keep you warm and comfortable.
