The Berghaus Maitland Mens Hydroloft Insulated Trail Jacket is a very strategically insulated jacket. Its body mapping focuses a higher level of insulation where the torso most requires it, at the same time allocating less to areas such as the lower arms which do not need so much warmth so the bulk of the jacket can be reduced.

This makes the Berghaus Maitland an excellent choice for a wide range of winter activities as the Berghaus AQ2 outer fabric is both waterproof for weather protection and breathable for moisture management.

The breathability allows perspiration to be dissipated into the atmosphere in the form of moisture vapour so that the skin is drier and therefore warmer and more comfortable.

The Hydroloft Elite insulation of the Berghaus Maitland Men’s Hydroloft Jacket provides excellent breathability through a process of air exchange. The material is resistant to water and fast drying so it is able to operate at its peak for much more of the time.
