Suunto X9mi Military GPS Watch
Suunto X9Mi Military GPS Watch
The Suunto X9Mi Military GPS Watch is a new version of Suunto's incredible X9i and is now the ultimate Global Positioning System military watch for professional military personnel.
The X9Mi Military Watch offers all the features of larger GPS units but in a lightweight package that's right at your fingertips.
The array of functions offered by Suunto's watches are still there in the X9Mi but with some added features that make this watch even more valuable to the military, both at home and abroad.
The Suunto X9Mi assists the soldier in navigation, its altimeter measures differences in altitude and the barometer tracks changes in the weather.
Combining all this data into a unique wrist-worn unit not only enhances safety but also provides leadership assistance and a versatile tool for combat management in analysing data, bringing a whole new dimension to the field of operation.
The digital compass of the Suunto X9Mi shows both 360º and 6,400 mils. The position format is the MGRS (Military Grid Reference System). The X9Mi allows you to plan routes through the field of operations and save them into your watch, which will advise you as to your bearing and the right direction to take to get to your next way point, as well as the way back.
Just select the 'find home' feature and your Suunto X9Mi will guide you along the route and provide the distance between your current position and home.
The Suunto X9Mi Military is designed specifically for military professionals looking for the ultimate field watch.
