The Snugpak Venture Tactical Windtop Smock is a windproof but very lightweight top for use in good weather conditions by officials and the general public.

This smock is also breathable so perspiration can be dissipated into the atmosphere to help keep your torso drier and therefore more comfortable and in this respect it works best with a baselayer that wicks moisture from the surface of the skin. The fabric of the garment also provides protection against the harmful effects of the sun’s UV rays.

The Snugpak Venture Tactical Windtop Smock features a durable water repellent (DWR) finish that causes rain to ball up and roll off the surface rather than penetrate the quick-drying material. This provides a useful degree of water resistance and gives time, if the rain becomes heavy and persistent, for a full waterproof coat to be located and put on.

The large central front pocket and the smaller pouch in front of it give room for such items as documents or maps plus torch, mobile or GPS unit to be carried with easy access.
