The Snugpak Venture Unisex Adventure Racing Windtop is a windproof smock that will protect you from the wind during long challenges on foot, on a bike or on horseback.
This top is also water resistant thanks to the durable water repellent (DWR) treatment that causes rain to ball up and roll off the surface of the fabric.
The Paratex Micro fabric is breathable so that perspiration drawn from the surface of the skin by a technical baselayer can be dissipated into the atmosphere to keep your torso drier and therefore more comfortable.
In cold conditions, this garment can be an effective layer in combination with such items as the Snugpak Softie AR Vest and AR Softie Smock, for example.
The Snugpak Venture Unisex AR Windtop is designed so that essential equipment can be carried with easy access on the go even if you are wearing a running pack, day sack or expedition pack.
The hood of the Snugpak standard range equivalent garment is not included with this Venture version but the storage space for it is still there and it can accommodate a beanie hat, a scarf or a pair of gloves for your convenience.
