The fabric is made from organic cotton that has been neither dyed or bleached so it is as natural as it looks and in addition the wood of the spreader bar is high-quality hardwood from well-managed forestry.

It also features a tear-resistant selvage (the edges of the fabric) achieved by a doubling of the weft threads to help ensure a long serviceable life for this beautiful garden hammock chair.
