The Berghaus VapourLight Women's Hypertherm Ultralight Insulated Hoody is a mid layer jacket whose new version changes its name because it now has a hood as well as two handwarmer pockets in addition to the very impressive features it has always boasted.

The jacket is reversible so that worn one way you get its best windproofing performance and worn the other way maximises the cooling and breathability properties of the fabric.

So you can turn the top inside out to suit your current activity and the conditions with scarcely a pause in your progress whether you are walking, running or biking.

The hood has stretch binding at its opening for close, comfortable and secure use and there is also stretch binding at the cuffs and hem for effective weather protection.

Fabric

AF soft shell fabric combines a shell and mid layers for effective wind and water resistance as well as maximising thermal comfort and breathability for moisture management. This fabric also offers good stretch and recovery properties for mobility and comfort.

Insulation

Hydroloft is an insulation system that offers superior breathability. It provides enhanced comfort and keeps you warm whilst maintaining a lightweight design. It has water-resistant qualities and is fast drying, therefore maintaining its superb performance even in storm conditions. Super-fine fibres mimic the same structure as down insulation. It does this by creating small pockets that trap heat from the body and repel the cold to keep you warm and comfortable without bulky fabric.
